September 16, 2021 – Augmented World Expo (AWE), the world’s leading series of events focused exclusively on the augmented reality (RA), virtual reality (VR) and extended reality (XR) business, has announced the current list of sponsors, speakers and exhibitors who participate in this year’s AWE 2021 Event.
With a 2021 slogan “Where the XR business thrives”, the industry has enthusiastically welcomed the return of AWE as a face-to-face physical event as a step towards a return to semi-normality in the midst of COVID-19. pandemic.

As is often the case with AWE, sponsors and exhibitors are expected to make some of the most engaging and important XR-related announcements of the year at the event, with a wide range of hands-on demonstrations available to the 3,000 attendees over 100,000 m² feet of exhibition space at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
As for speakers, AWE has recently confirmed that the keynote speaker for 2021 is John Hanke, CEO of Niantic, a software company that left Google and the creator of the popular AR game, Pokémon Go.

Other presenters at the event include senior executives from Lionsgate Entertainment, Nike and Roblox, who join a list of more than 300 speakers (almost 50% women) and 200 exhibitors for this year’s face-to-face event. .
