As the flagship building of the new FBI Science and Technology District at Redstone Arsenal, 23,226 m2 The innovation center (250,000 sf) will be an exclusive innovation center dedicated to cyber threat intelligence, data analysis and training to combat emerging threats.

The three-story building will include collaborative office spaces, formal and informal auditoriums, “collision spaces” for impromptu learning encounters, and specialized training spaces, including a kinetic cyberspace and a virtual reality classroom. The scope of work of the HKS-Clark team also includes a central utility plant, dining facilities and an outdoor quad in the new science and technology district.

The project is scheduled to end in 2023.
